Erin earned her BS in Animal Science from Cornell University and an AAS in Agricultural Business from SUNY Cobleskill. She has been an Ag Banker for over 14 years and is a member of the Bradford County Dairy Promotion Board.

Aaron “Luke” Vastine is an eleventh-generation farmer and an Assistant Vice President, Senior Credit Analyst in our Winfield Loan Production Office. Today, he and his wife still work the family farm where they embrace their passion for draft horses, grow field crops, Christmas trees, hardy mums, and raise chickens for meat and eggs.

Adam Brandt grew up on his parents’ sixth-generation, 130-acre dairy farm in Elizabethtown, PA. After graduating from Delaware University with a degree in Agribusiness, Adam worked his family farm while managing a nearby broiler and hog finishing operation. Today, he’s a member of the First Citizens Ag Banking Team, but when he isn’t at the Bank, Adam is helping his family milk cows and tend to the corn, soybeans, barley and hay on their farm.

Our new Business Development Associate, Kaitlin Bell, grew up on her family’s beef cattle farm B&R Angus in Nottingham, PA. From the time she was young, Kaitlin knew she wanted to find a career in agriculture. Kaitlin attended Kansas State University, majoring in Agribusiness with a minor in Animal Sciences and Industry. She was named one of the 12 All-American Team Members by the Intercollegiate Livestock Coaches Association.
