FCCB Welcomes New Professional Development Officer

MANSFIELD, PA (June, 2020) FCCB is pleased to announce the addition of Adam White as their new Professional Development Officer. White brings over 20 years of corporate learning and development experience to FCCB. He has worked in a variety of industries, including financial and telecommunications, where he took employee development to a new and more effective level through the use of technology, building career development and mentoring programs. In his role with FCCB, White will concentrate on proactive staff development, improving employee development through the use of technology, and delivering structured individual career development.
White previously worked for RKL LLP in Lancaster where he mentored their Talent Development Team and produced virtual workshops that offered Continued Professional Education credits for existing and potential clients. He also worked to implement virtual classrooms and microlearning programs. Prior, he worked for Members 1st Federal Credit Union and Santander Bank, where he redesigned mentoring programs, integrated new curricula, and provided strategic leadership to the Learning and Development Solutions Delivery and Operations Team.

White is a graduate of Shippensburg University where he attained his B.S.Ed. in History. He is currently pursuing his M.Ed. in Training and Development at Pennsylvania State University. White is a classroom volunteer at Junior Achievement of Central Pennsylvania and a volunteer coach for the Lower Dauphin Youth Field Hockey Association. He is the 2020 President-Elect for the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association for Talent Development.
