FCCB Welcomes Three New Business Development Officers

The ability to attract and retain quality talent is vital to the growth of any company. First Citizens Community Bank (FCCB), a $2 billion organization serving Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware, has a knack for building a solid team that they believe are the drivers of their service and financial success. The Bank is excited to announce the addition of three new, highly experienced Business Development Officers who will serve different regions across the company’s footprint.
Jamie Muir joined FCCB to serve commercial business customers throughout Lebanon and Lancaster counties. Previously, Muir was a Senior Commercial Loan Officer at Union Community Bank and was the Chief Financial Officer at M&S Sanitary Sewage Disposal, Inc. He also has experience as a Commercial Lines Insurance Advisor at BHI Insurance in Lancaster County. Muir graduated from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and has a Commercial Lines Certified Specialist designation.
Ryan Manotti brings 20 years of commercial lending experience to the FCCB Business Development Team. He will work out of the Bank’s Mill Hall Office, serving customers throughout Union and Centre counties. He is the former VP, Team Leader of Commercial Lending at Riverview Bank. Manotti is a member of the Centre County Chamber of Business and Industry, the Centre County United Way, Centre County Salvation Army, the American Motorcycle Association and an instructor at the N2 Track Day Organization. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s in Business and a concentration in Finance and Economics.
Tatiana Lugo will be based out of the Bank’s Dover, Delaware office. Prior to FCCB, Lugo was the VP, Community Banking Manager at S&T Bank. Lugo is currently attending Wilmington University pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Financial Support Services.
