MANSFIELD, PA (June 2023) FCCB (First Citizens Community Bank) is pleased to announce the addition of Christine Kramer as the new Office Manager of their Ephrata location. In her new role, Kramer will oversee the operations and business activities in the Ephrata market, while working with her staff to ensure the financial needs of those in the community are met. Together, they will work closely to identify customer needs and enhance customer service standards.

Kramer brings over 23 years of banking experience, having held various positions in both regional and national financial institutions. Prior to joining FCCB, Kramer served as Financial Center Supervisor at Fulton Bank where she supported team and individual performance, increased sales through internal and outbound communications, and provided ongoing support to customers regarding products and services.
