FCCB Mobile App User Guide

Mobile Banking is easy with our free FCCB Mobile Banking App. Access your bank accounts with your mobile device to view account balances, transfer funds, pay bills, make FCCB loan payments, find branch locations and hours, and more, all from the palm of your hand.

This guide will help you set up and use your FCCB Mobile Banking App on your Android or iOS mobile device. Follow this easy guide to learn how to get the most out of Mobile Banking with FCCB.

To download the app, simply open the App Store or Google Play Store on your iPhone or Android, respectively, and search for “FCCB.” Download and launch the app.

Using the App

Prior to logging in, you can access a list of our branch and ATM locations, get contact information to call our Customer Service and Solutions Center or report a lost or stolen debit or credit card, and access our Bank’s website.

Login Using Your NetTeller ID and Password. Note: If this is your first time accessing our online banking platform, please log in using a web browser (not the mobile app) to properly setup your watermark image and security questions.

After login, you will be presented with a Dashboard where you can view your deposit and loan accounts and access Quick Links for your most commonly used features. Configurable Quick Links include Accounts, Transfers, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, Statements, Send Secure Message, and Calculator. To change your Quick Links, click on the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner of the screen, click on Options, Settings, and then Customize Quick Links. Check the box next to your desired modules to add them to your Dashboard.

From your Dashboard, click on any account to view your recent transactions and current account balance. Click on any transaction within your account history to add a note, upload a receipt, view check images, or tag and categorize your transactions.

Bill Pay

From the menu or from your Quick Links, launch Bill Pay. The first step to making a payment is to add a payee. Go to the Payees tab and select Add a Company or Add an Individual. To add a company, you will be required to input information that can be found on your most recent bill. To add an individual, you will need to provide the recipient’s account number, routing number, and bank account type or allow the recipient to provide this information for you.

Once you have added a payee, go to the Payments tab and select One Time Payment or Recurring Payment. Once you select the type of payment, choose a payee from your Payee List, and select Pay. Enter the account you want the payment to come out of, the amount of your payment, and the date of the payment.

Mobile Deposit

From the menu or from your Quick Links, launch Mobile Deposit. Click Deposit Check. Enter the amount of your deposit, and take a photo of the front and back of your check. Remember to endorse the back of your check with your signature and the statement “For Mobile Deposit Only to FCCB.” Click Submit. If you submit your deposit prior to 6 p.m., you will receive credit for the deposit on the same day. Deposits made after 6 p.m. will post the following evening at 6. Default customer limits for mobile deposit are $5,000.00 per day up to a limit of either 20 checks per day or $10,000.00 in a calendar month.

Accessing eStatements

From the menu or from your Quick Links, launch the Statements module. If your accounts are enrolled in eStatements, you will be able to view and download up to 18 months’ worth of statements. At this time, we only offer eStatements for checking and savings accounts.
